Chill casting and pressure die casting
 • Aluminium pressure die castings: the pressure die casting plant is equipped with 250 to 1,500 ton presses, the work stations are automated with robots and cooling stations. • Aluminium chill castings: the chill casting plant is used for medium and large series. Small series can be produced using sand moulding. A wide range of aluminium alloys is available. • Tolerances: the reference standard for pressure die casting is UNI 10569, for the level of reference for both pressure die casting and chill casting see the table enclosed. |
