• Management: The group was founded, and is currently directed, by its President Ezio Paganelli.

• Sales Office: It helps and supports the customer providing advice on which products are in line with market needs both in Italy and abroad. Together with the other offices, its activity focuses on making the right proposals to customers, thus optimising costs for that type of product.

• Purchasing Office: Our company has always established a close relationship with our suppliers, setting up a very reliable network of partners. These strong alliances allow us to best meet the needs of our customers thanks to the optimisation of the procurement process and to expert and responsible suppliers who are actively involved in guaranteeing interesting results which reflect the right balance between quality, service, and price.

• Technical Office: Our technical office is highly appreciated for its specific high level of competence and for respecting delivery times.  The office has three CAD workstations and Solid-Edge applications (Engineering spa) as well as costing software for machine tool machining .                                                The high-tech software makes it easier to interface with the most widely used design systems, and continuous assistance allows us to offer materials with a good quality/price ratio.

• Testing: This department has always pursued a realistic philosophy; there is a high-tech metrological room fitted with sophisticated equipment, used to constantly carry out checks on the material received and on the production, with statistical sampling.

• Production Structure: The production structure offers the possibility to manufacture:

•  Grey/spheroidal casr iron or steel castings: foundries with in-house pattern shop.

•  Lost wax precision castings:in steel, stainless steel, brass and bronze and particular alloys up to 20 kg.

•  Aluminium castings:systems equipped with 250 to 1500 ton presses, with another system for chill casting.

•  Plastic injection moulding: 110 to 1000 ton modern injection presses for products weighing between 1 g. and 5 kg.

•  Machine tool machining:departments equipped for CNC turning and milling, traditional and CNC gear cutting machine, cutting, welding and grinding departments.

•  Gears: production of gears up to module 14.

•  Reducers: manufacture of standard and special reducers for use in different sectors.

• Ceramic Tile Industry: manufacture of pulleys and shafts for glazers, production of conveyor rollers for ceramic tiles and glazer sub-assemblies.

•  Custom machine assembly and manufacture:medium and large sized steel sheet structures are manufactured and assembled in the new production plant in Rumania.

We can proudly say that thanks to our production structure we operate in different sectors: ceramic tiles, agriculture, food, shipbuilding, components for urban furnishing and commercial/industrial furnishing.

Logistics and Services: our company can stock standard or custom components in all its offices in order to guarantee the delivery times agreed.
